A member of the firm’s Municipal Creditor’s Rights Group, Daniel joined the firm in June 2014. His primary focus involves the collection of delinquent taxes on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia.
Daniel brings extensive knowledge and experience to our tax collection group, having represented municipal clients in receivables and the City of Philadelphia and US Bank, as a trustee, in the collection of real estate delinquent taxes. He has successfully represented these entities in Municipal Court, Administrative Courts, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
He oversees the filing of thousands of civil tax petitions, and negotiates payment agreements and settlements on properties facing foreclosure.
