A member of the firm’s Municipal Creditor’s Rights Group, George joined the firm in February 2012. His primary focus involves the collection of delinquent taxes on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia.

George has extensive experience in civil tax litigation in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.  He has prosecuted and defended appeals in Pennsylvania’s Superior and Commonwealth Courts, resulting in several favorable published opinions.  George also defended municipal clients in civil actions filed in the Court of Common Pleas and U.S. District Court.

He frequently serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
