Megan represents municipalities and schools in all matters of organization, finance, legal compliance, labor and employment litigation. She also supervises the firm’s tax assessment practice. She regularly writes and speaks on property maintenance programs, municipal claims and tax collection, Sunshine Law and Right-to-Know issues.
Megan serves as Solicitor to the Boroughs of Conway, Avalon, Oakmont and Leetsdale, as well as the Kennedy Township Uniform Construction Code Appellate Board and the Ambridge Civil Service Commission.
