Brian T. Lindauer, Jeffrey R. Hunt, Mandi L. Scott and Megan M. Ott named 2011 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Stars

The selection process is rigorous and demanding, as only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys are selected as Pennsylvania Rising Stars. Each candidate, nominated through peer evaluation and professional achievement, is thoroughly examined by The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania prior to acceptance.

Brian Lindauer has been named in the area of Real Estate Law. A member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Law Groups, he advises the firm’s clients in a broad range of transactional matters, including real estate acquisitions and sales, lease negotiations, landlord and tenant matters and loan documentation.  He also counsels mid-size businesses in formation and operational matters.

Jeffrey Hunt has been named in the area of Business/Corporate Law. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Law Groups. Jeff’s practice is focused on all aspects of business law, commercial and residential real estate matters, eminent domain, zoning matters, intellectual property and local taxation matters. He has recently begun an estate planning practice.

Mandi Scott has established a niche in appellate practice, of which area she has been named a Rising Star. She also works within the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate Law and School and Municipal Law Groups, and is experienced in areas of civil litigation, including litigation in Orphans Court and oil and gas disputes. Mandi has been instrumental in the upcoming changes to the collection of local earned income taxes, per Act 32 of 2008.

Megan Ott is a member of the firm’s School and Municipal Law and Litigation Groups. She has been named a Rising Star in the area of Government/Cities/Municipalities. Megan represents schools and municipalities in all matters of organization, finance, legal compliance, and labor and employment litigation. She also serves as a lead attorney in the firm’s delinquent tax practice. She has recently been appointed as Solicitor of Conway Borough and the Borough of Avalon.
