Lisa M. Goodman is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses in the areas of labor and employment, construction and toxic tort.
She has extensive pre-trial and trial experience in various areas of the law, including employment discrimination law under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as all facets of Personal Injury Litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, and premise and products liability actions. Lisa has widespread knowledge in Commercial Litigation, as well as Construction Litigation, Education and Municipal Law, and Subrogation Litigation.
A 2005 graduate of Saint Vincent College, Lisa earned a B.A in Public Policy Analysis, with a minor in Spanish. She later attended the Duquesne University School of Law, earning her JD in 2008.
Lisa is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania State courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court Western District of Pennsylvania.
