Goehring, Rutter & Boehm proudly promotes three new attorneys to Shareholder

Goehring, Rutter & Boehm announced that Jeffrey R. Hunt, Megan M. Ott and Joseph W. Gramc are now Shareholders.

Jeffrey R. Hunt is a member of the firm’s Business Law and Estate Planning & Administration Groups. He counsels clients in a broad array of corporate matters, structures and implements estate plans, establishes family limited partnerships and formulates business succession plans. He also represents local taxing bodies and governmental agencies with regard to bankruptcy related matters. Mr. Hunt is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, earning his B.S. in 1998, and then his J.D. in 2001. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in the area of Business/Corporate Law.

Megan M. Ott is a member of the firm’s School & Municipal Law Group. She represents local agencies in all matters of organization, legislation, finance, compliance, and labor and employment litigation. Ms. Ott serves as Solicitor to the Boroughs of Conway, Avalon and Leetsdale, as well as to several boards and commissions.  Since 2009, she has been consistently named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star in the areas of Municipal and Education Law.  She earned her J.D. at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2004.

Joseph W. Gramc is a member of the firm’s Business Law, School & Municipal Law and Municipal Creditors Rights Groups. He works extensively on behalf of many municipalities within the state to oversee the filing, collection and enforcement of municipal liens, claims, and taxes.  Mr. Gramc is a 2003 graduate of Clemson University, earning his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2006.
