Daniel Dahl joins the firm’s Municipal Creditors Rights Group. His primary focus involves the collection of delinquent taxes on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia.
Daniel brings extensive knowledge and experience to our tax collection group, having represented municipal clients in receivables and the City of Philadelphia and US Bank, as a trustee, in the collection of real estate delinquent taxes. He has successfully represented these entities in Municipal Court, Administrative Courts, the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
He oversees the filing of thousands of civil tax petitions, and negotiates payment agreements and settlements on properties facing foreclosure.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Kansas, Daniel earned his B.A. in Political Science. He later attended Drexel University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2010. Daniel is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and The U.S. District Court – Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
