Lea E. Anderson, Patrick J. Clair, Daniel F. Gramc and Charles M. Means of Goehring, Rutter & Boehm were recently selected, by their peers, for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012

Since its inception in 1983, Best Lawyers has become universally regarded as the definitive guide to legal excellence. Because Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey in which more than 39,000 leading attorneys cast almost 3.1 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas, and because lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed, inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”

Lea E. Anderson, Esquire, leads the Family Law Group at Goehring, Rutter & Boehm and has been a driving force in bringing Collaborative Law to Southwestern Pennsylvania.  She is a Founding and Active Member of CLASP (Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania) and recently worked to get a Collaborative Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Along with her training in Collaborative Law and Mediation, she practices traditional Family Law, as well as Business Law, Estate Planning and Administration and Real Estate Law.

Patrick J. Clair, Esquire, is well-known for his work in School Law, serving as a Solicitor to many school districts in the area. In addition to his school-related work, he is also broadly experienced in a variety of matters, particularly within the realms of Employment Law. Mr. Clair has been consistently named to the Best Lawyers of America List since 2007.

Daniel F. Gramc, Esquire, serves as the Managing Partner of the firm, as well as the head of the Real Estate Law Group. He has developed an extensive Real Estate Law practice in which he represents sellers, buyers, developers, lenders and municipalities on a variety of real estate matters. He has a particular emphasis on land use approvals and development issues.

Charles M. Means, Esquire, serves as Solicitor and Special Counsel to many townships, boroughs, and authorities, as well as numerous water, sewage and recreation authorities. Well-known throughout the region, he is also legal counsel for the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Commissioners, the Allegheny County and Western Pennsylvania Association of Township Commissioners, and the Allegheny County Association of Township of Officials.
