On Monday, September 26, 2011, from approximately 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., Lea will be featured on the radio show as part of the segment: “Can Divorce Deliver the Knockout Blow to an Entrepreneur’s Business?” Joined by Diane Pearson of Legend Financial Advisors, Lea will talk with The American Entrepreneur, Ron Morris, about a few of the business-related issues that divorce can bring, with an emphasis on how the methods of Collaborative Law may aid in best-handling the situation.
Collaborative Law, which reaches divorce resolution by settlement outside the court process, has become increasingly popular throughout the region. Recognizing the needs of families with children, in particular, it focuses on the divorcing parties maintaining healthy relationships to promote a positive environment once the divorce is settled.
