On March 21-23, PELRAS (Public Employer Labor Relations Advisory Service) will host its 30th Annual Training Conference in State College, Pennsylvania.
For 30 years, PELRAS has served as a leader in labor relations training and counsel for municipal leaders throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Municipal managers, solicitors, elected officials, fire and police chiefs, personnel and finance directors and risk administrators will come together for up-to-date training in Public Sector Law and Personnel Management Training.
On Thursday, March 22, Megan will serve as a panelist regarding “Ethics for Solicitors and Labor Counsel.”
Megan is a member of the School and Municipal Law Group at Goehring, Rutter & Boehm. She represents schools and municipalities in all matters of organization, finance, legal compliance, labor and employment litigation. She currently serves as Solicitor the Boroughs of Avalon, Conway and Leetsdale, as well as the Kennedy Township Uniform Construction Code Appellate Board. Megan is the Chairwoman of the Association of Municipal and School Solicitors of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
