Decennial Reports

Print Page

If you own a Pennsylvania corporation (or other association), you may have recently received a form letter from the Department of State stating that you are required to file a Decennial Report of Continued Existence.  If a corporation does not file any documents with the Corporation Bureau during the preceding decade, this Report must be filed by the end of 2011 to verify that the corporation is still in existence and to avoid having the name stricken from the records of the Corporation Bureau.  If your corporation has ceased doing business, you need do nothing.  If you have any questions or need more information, please call us.
