Goehring, Rutter & Boehm is proud to announce the addition of Stephen A. Hall, Esquire, to the firm

Stephen Hall is a member of the firm's Litigation and Estate Planning & Administration Groups. His civil litigation practice includes both trial and appellate in the areas of commercial, real estate, and professional liability, as well as personal injury, products and premises liability. Stephen has also successfully represented clients in estate litigation matters in Orphan's Court.

With over 10 years of experience representing railroads nationwide, Stephen has defended Class I and short line railroad clients in occupational injury, grade crossing and wrongful death cases brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA), the Locomotive Inspection Act (LIA) and the Safety Appliance Act (SAA). Stephen has also assisted Class I railroads during catastrophic events, under the jurisdiction of the National Transportation Safety Board.

In addition to his litigation practice, he assists families with a wide range of their estate planning needs, including drafting of special needs trusts, simple and complex wills, general trusts, advanced health care directives and powers of attorney, and asset protection planning.

A 1996 summa cum laude graduate of University of Pittsburgh, Stephen earned a B.A. in Political Science. He later attended Ohio Northern University School of Law, earning his JD in 1999, with distinction.

Stephen is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania and New York State courts, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
