Goehring, Rutter & Boehm proudly announces the addition of three new attorneys to the firm

Goehring, Rutter & Boehm proudly announces that Katherine A. Janocsko, Christina L. Preville and Stephanie J. Kogut have joined the firm!

Katherine A. Janocsko joins the firm in the Municipal Creditors Rights, School & Municipal Law and Real Estate Law Groups. The majority of her practice involves the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and other municipal claims, but she also practices in zoning and land use issues. Additionally, Katherine assists with the firms appellate work, performing research and drafting for the firms appeals in the Pennsylvania State and Federal Appellate Courts. She graduated from Allegheny College in 2011 and received her B.A. in Political Science, with minors in Economics and Communications. She then attended the Duquesne University School of Law, earning her J.D. in 2014.

Christina L. Preville joins the firm’s Estate Planning & Administration and Business Law Groups. Much of her practice involves the probating of estates, preparing state and federal inheritance tax returns, and representing clients in the Orphans Court division. She also handles loan transactions and closings, drafting various corporate documents as well as purchase and sale agreements, buy-sell agreements, and assignments of security interests. A 2011 graduate of The College of William and Mary, Christina earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies. During this time, she studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic, attending Charles University. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating in 2014.

Stephanie J. Kogut joins the firm’s Family & Collaborative Law and Estate Planning & Administration Groups. She advises clients through divorce and custody issues. Her family law experience lends itself to her practice of general estate planning matters, assisting clients with wills and other estate planning needs. In addition to her family and estate work, she assists in the firm’s property tax assessment appeal practice. Stephanie is a 2011 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she received her B.S. in Psychology, with minors in French and Legal Studies. She continued her education at The University of Pittsburgh School of Law, earning her J.D. in 2014.
