Megan M. Ott speaks on the Allegheny County Real Estate Assessment Appeals

On March 26, 2012, Megan spoke before the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Sole and Small Firm Practitioners Section, providing an update on the Allegheny County Real Estate Assessment Appeals.

The Section aims to educate and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and ideas among sole practitioners and small firms regarding all phases of business management and administration of a law practice. It seeks to encourage and facilitate networking, mentoring, association, referral, and marketing among its members regarding law office management and quality of life matters, and to bring together and unify sole practitioners and small firm lawyers for the common purpose of improving the quality of their practices.

Megan represents municipalities and schools in all matters of organization, finance, legal compliance, labor and employment litigation. She serves Solicitor to the Boroughs of Conway, Avalon and Leetsdale, as well as the Kennedy Township Uniform Construction Code Appellate Board, as well as oversees the firm’s tax assessment practice.
