Three Goehring, Rutter & Boehm attorneys named 2018 Super Lawyer Rising Stars

Three Goehring, Rutter & Boehm attorneys are named 2018 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Stars! Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys are selected as Rising Stars. Each candidate, nominated through peer evaluation and professional achievement, is thoroughly examined by The Disciplinary Board of Supreme Court of Pennsylvania prior to acceptance.

Mandi L. Culhane, named for her Appellate practice, assists clients in a variety of practice areas on appeal in both state and federal court. Her practice also includes Municipal Creditor Rights and other municipal and local tax matters, with an emphasis on delinquent tax collection on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia. She worked closely with local taxing bodies and tax collectors to implement Act 32 of 2008, which changed the collection of local earned income taxes throughout Pennsylvania.

Joseph W. Gramc has been named in the area of Tax Law. As a member of the firm's Municipal Tax and Creditor's Rights Group, Joe focuses his practice in assisting municipal clients with the collection of past due and delinquent tax claims, as well as municipal claims. He assists in managing the firm's active litigation on behalf of many municipal clients, including the County of Allegheny, City of Pittsburgh and City of Philadelphia. In addition to presenting on Municipal Claim and Tax Lien Law, Joe has presented on the recently enacted Land Bank Legislation for multiple organizations.

Andrew P. Griffin has been named for his Family Law practice. He is experienced in all areas of family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, and jurisdictional disputes under the Hague Convention and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. In addition to his traditional family law practice, Andrew is also trained in the methods of Collaborative Law.
