Emily is a member of the firm's School & Municipal Law and Municipal Creditors Rights group. As the active Solicitor of Harrison Township, she has extensive experience in all facets of local government, including running public meetings and hearings, assisting clients with zoning and land use issues, property maintenance issues and demolition proceedings. Additionally, Emily has considerable experience with assisting municipal clients with reviewing and responding to requests for public records under Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law and handling appeals before the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records. Emily has also assisted with reviewing and responding to public records requests made under the Federal Freedom of Information Act.

Emily provides legal counsel to the firm's Zoning Hearing Boards and Planning Commission clients, and also assisting the firm's municipal clients with the collection of current and delinquent taxes and municipal claims, including representing clients in matters involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
