Michael began his professional career as a tax attorney with a national CPA firm where he represented businesses and high net worth individuals in tax planning, compliance, and audit work. With this experience and foundation, he chose to establish his own private law practice.
He regularly represented clients in estate and trust matters in Orphans Court Division, and in tax matters in the United States District Court, as well as in the United States Tax Court. His law firm practice included client representation in civil and criminal tax issues.
Because many of his clients also owned business interests, his firm gained experience in business representation, contracts and succession planning.
Futher broadening his practice, he also gained real estate transaction experience while serving as outside counsel to the Pittsburgh Office of a national real estate title insurance company.
Joining GRB Law as a Senior Attorney in November 2024, Michael lends his experience to an array of the firm's clients, especially those with needs that span across multiple practice areas.
