David joins the firm as a member of the Municipal Creditors’ Rights and School & Municipal Law Groups. Much of his current practice centers on assisting our municipal clients, including the City and School District of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the City and School District of Philadelphia, as well as various other municipalities, with the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and other municipal claims.
He counsels clients in the areas of municipal regulatory compliance, as well as land use appeals, civil rights matters, and agency appeals. He has also previously sat as Acting Solicitor for multiple school boards and municipalities.
In addition to his municipal practice, he has successfully represented both, plaintiffs and defendants, in suits ranging from breach of contract actions to unlawful terminations and sexual harassment.
