Jessica represents clients in many areas of civil litigation, particularly in the areas of real estate and family law. She has appeared in federal and county courts throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania, with focus on commercial real estate, zoning and land use matters, and actions to quiet title.
She is vastly experienced in divorce, custody and support litigation, the drafting of settlements and premarital agreements, property negotiation, and the settlement of other marital-related claims, including the division of family businesses. Her family law practice includes the methods of Collaborative Law, which reaches resolution by settlement customized to address the needs of each separate case.
In addition to her civil litigation work, Jessica maintains an active Municipal Law practice. She is experienced in serving in the role of Solicitor, handling tax assessment, code enforcement, zoning and election law.
A 2004 graduate of Elmira College, Jessica earned her B.A. in Sociology/Anthropology. She received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2007.
