Emily J. Mueller practices within the firm’s School & Municipal Law Group. She assists the firm’s clients in reviewing and responding to requests for public records under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, as well as guiding municipal clients in fighting blight within their community. She is also broadly experienced in property maintenance issues, including demolition proceedings, and serves as counsel to Zoning Hearing Boards and Planning Commissions.
Kate M. Diersen has extensive experience in land use issues, labor and employment concerns, and pension and retirement concerns. As solicitor and special blight counsel she has assisted clients in creating comprehensive strategies for handling property maintenance code and general blight issues within their communities. She has represented authorities in labor contract negotiations and has participated in negotiations for, and the drafting of, inter-municipal agreements.
