Mandi L. Culhane

Undergrad: Bucknell University, B.A., 2001, magna cum laude, Economics & Political Science, Phi Beta Kappa

Law School: George Mason University School of Law, J.D., 2004, magna cum laude 

Mandi helps manage the firm’s Municipal Tax and Creditors' Rights Group, including the Philadelphia office, in order to maximize collections on behalf of the firm’s school and municipal clients and provide superior customer service to taxpayers.  Mandi also represents the firm’s municipal clients in other special tax related matters, zoning and in various operational matters.

In addition to her municipal practice, she practices within our Real Estate Law and Litigation Groups.  She is experienced in both transactional and litigation related oil and gas matters, having represented, at different times, property owners and the oil and gas industry in lease and other contract negotiations and litigation related to title disputes and similar matters.  

As part of our Litigation Group, Mandi specializes in the area of appellate practice. She has developed a distinct niche in the area of appellate advocacy by being able to assist a wide variety of clients at all levels of appeal in the Pennsylvania state and Federal courts, including the drafting and filing of two Petitions for Writ of Certiorari in the Supreme Court of the United States.
