Much of Don’s practice includes the representation of public school districts and municipalities with regard to a multitude of legal issues. Formerly an associate counsel with the Pennsylvania Department of Education, he is highly experienced and well-known in all areas of education law, particularly general school law, labor matters, special education and student rights. In addition to his school and municipal practice, Don represents property owners, lenders, purchasers, developers, landlords and tenants in a wide array of real estate transactions.
