A member of the firm’s Municipal Tax & Creditors' Rights Group, Jane’s primary focus involves the collection of delinquent taxes on behalf of the City and School District of Philadelphia.
Jane has extensive experience in handling the collection of delinquent real estate taxes, as she has done so on behalf of the City of Philadelphia and for a bank trustee since 2006. She works directly with the City’s individual taxpayers, as well as private and public corporations and non-profit entities, to resolve delinquent tax matters. Jane has also represented a secured creditor pursuing collection of delinquent real estate taxes in bankruptcy proceedings. She has supervised and litigated these bankruptcy cases filed within the United States Bankruptcy Courts.
