Biography
With a broad range of experience, Rick joined the firm in 2023 as a member of the Municipal Tax & Creditors' Rights and School & Municipal Law Groups. Much of his practice focuses on assisting the firm's municipal clients, including the City and School District of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the City and School District of Philadelphia, as well as numerous municipalities, with the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and other municipal claims.
In addition to his tax-related work, Rick also assists our municipal clients with their everyday issues, as well as more complex matters such as labor and employment. He also counsels and navigates general litigation involving municipal-related claims, as well as real estate, commercial, construction, estate, and business matters.
Prior to a career in law, Rick was a newspaper journalist in the Pittsburgh region. He is also a proud alumnus of Central Catholic High School.
