Joining the firm with a broad range of experience, Rick will practice within the School & Municipal Law and Municipal Tax & Creditors' Rights Groups. Much of his practice will focus on assisting the firm's municipal clients, including the City and School District of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the City and School District of Philadelphia, as well as numerous municipalities, with the collection of delinquent real estate taxes and other municipal claims. He will also assist the firm's municipal clients with their everyday issues, as well as more complex matters, such as labor and employment.
Rick is a 2012 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science. He then attended the Duquesne University School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2018.
